We are hiring many classroom and specialty teaching positions for 2018-19 including primary, intermediate, secondary, French Immersion, Life Skills, Shop, and Rural.

Skills:

Teaching Certificate (or eligible for)
Qualifications and demonstrated ability to teach the identified subjects at the secondary level
Experience with adapting and modifying curriculum to meet the needs of students
Cognizant of the outcomes and evaluation processes
Committed to individualized and group instruction utilizing a variety of effective strategies and techniques
Ability to work as part of team to implement individualized learning plans for students with academic, social, emotional learning difficulties
Willingness to work in a collaborative model with staff on school improvement plan including professional development
Strong classroom management skills
Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to teach in a project based learning (PBL) environment
