Pathways collectively “wraps” students from low-income communities with comprehensive multiyear supports proven to be critical in helping them stay in school and make the transition into healthy,
successful and contributing adults. Pathways strives to increase academic retention, attainment and success for high school students. The program works in partnership with parents, community agencies, volunteers, local school boards & staff in high schools to provide academic, social and financial support.

Recruiting for: We are recruiting for the tutoring program and mentoring program. The role of the Pathways Tutor is to provide academic support and to engage in positive role modeling for youth during program time. The role of the Pathways mentor is to provide support to high school students through participation in inclusive and engaging mentoring group activities. You will work with students from Grade 9 to 12.
