Canada Revenue Agency's Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) is a longstanding partnership program that works with community organizations who host free tax clinics for eligible individuals to get their tax returns completed for free by volunteers. Volunteers can give their time to help others by completing tax and benefit returns for eligible individuals to ensure they receive, or continue to receive, their entitled benefit payments.
