Are you looking for a meaningful way to increase your personal development experience and give back to your community? Girls in your neighbourhood are in need of positive role models to show each of them that she can be everything she wants to be.

Your talent is key to inspiring and mentoring girls. You can:
1. Make a difference in the lives of girls near you.
2. Connect with more amazing women locally, across the country and around the world.
3. Share your skills and talents with girls - whether that's an interest, career experience, or passion.
4. Continue your personal growth by developing skills that are highly valued in the workplace.
5. Give back to your community by celebrating local landmarks and taking introducing girls to fun service projects.

Join the Guiding movement in your community! We need more volunteers in your neighbourhood to continue facilitating hands-on experiences, confidence-building moments and leadership-development challenges.

Recruiting for: We are predominantly looking to recruit Unit Leaders (Guiders). Unit Leaders/Unit Guiders deliver programming directly to our girls on a weekly basis. Our Unit Guiders (leaders) are the backbone of our organization – providing guidance, fun and friendship while delivering a dynamic program to girls from 5 to 17+. Unit Guiders are women over 18 years of age. The Unit Guider works with the other Guiders in the unit to form a leadership team where skills are utilized and no one person carries the full workload. Unit Guiders work together and with the girls to plan activities and deliver programming to the unit.
