OBIO® Health to Business Bridge Program™ SUPPORTING ACCESS TO TALENT ACROSS ONTARIO’S HEALTH SCIENCE SECTOR Finding, onboarding and developing talent can be a challenging process, but a necessary one for companies experiencing growth. The OBIO® Health to Business Bridge™ program (H2BB™) helps companies streamline their recruitment process and equips talent with the skills, knowledge and resources they need to get up to speed quickly and build a solid foundation in the health science industry. How H2BB™ Works OBIO’s Talent Network connects OBIO® members with a rich pool of job seekers in health science who receive pre-employment training and resources. OBIO’s H2BB™ program provides coaching and mentorship, as well as conducts hands-on training sessions on health science business operations. This enables the trainees to quickly deliver on your organization’s needs. OBIO’s H2BB™ program is an onboarding resource for new hires at health science companies. OBIO® collaborates province-wide with universities, colleges and other organizations to enrich its talent pool with candidates who match your company’s current needs.
