The Leadership Development Program
The Leadership Development Program’s purpose is to accelerate growth in talented, driven leaders through dynamic business experiences. Through leading humbly, communicating clearly, connecting personally, and acting wisely, program Participants can play an important role in the brand’s success.
Throughout the duration of the program Participants will be heavily involved in all aspects of restaurant operations and the Grand Opening process, learning firsthand what it takes to be an independent franchised Chick-fil-A Operator. After completing training in the U.S., Participants are deployed in Chick-fil-A restaurants across the U.S. and Canada, where they will help to manage Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Operated Restaurants as an Interim Manager and oversee Grand Openings primarily through the role of Grand Opening Supervisor.
