York's Residence Life (Keele) department is hiring for the following Residence Life Staff positions:

• Residence Life Don (successful candidates must live on campus)
• Community Engagement Don (successful candidates must live on campus)
• Living Learning Community Leader (successful candidates must live on campus)
• Residence Services Assistant (successful candidates may live on or off campus)
• Residence Services Assistant - Team Lead (successful candidates may live on or off campus)

In addition to a robust training, coaching, and mentorship program, Residence Life Staff receive compensation in various forms. Dons receive compensation in the form of a taxable benefit room on campus (no upfront cost) and a stipend. Living Learning Community Leaders, Residence Services Assistants, and Residence Services Assistants - Team Leads receive compensation in the form of $16/hr
wage.
