About Pacific Asia Employee Resource Group (ERG):
Pacific Asia ERG is part of Panorama which is Labatt’s platform for Diversity and Inclusion. Panorama helps structure, support and launch communities to further diversity initiatives within our company. Our mission for the Pacific Asia ERG is to raise awareness of cultural differences from the Pacific Asia region to educate, inform, and improve diversity of thought. Doing so, promotes engagement, personal development, and understanding of how culture and values bring people together for a better world. We hope to achieve this goal by recruiting future leaders that exemplify the communities we live in. Our goal is to improve representation of Pacific Asia employees at Labatt by hosting events to educate students on what our company is doing to further diversity and inclusion.
