York University has partnered with six GTA post-secondary institutions to address the skilled labour needs of automotive and advanced manufacturing employers in Ontario. Drive Ability Program is a wage incentive program that provides students, recent graduates, students with disabilities, as well as International students, with the opportunity to apply their knowledge and build their professional networks in the automotive industry. York students from all disciplines and year levels are eligible to participate.
