What factors led you to enter your current field of work?

My degree of MHRM from York University coupled with the professional network and opportunities it opened up for me. On top of that, my passion for working in HR and helping businesses align their business strategy with people strategy.

What does success mean to you?

Enabling people and businesses to grow and attain their maximum potential for collective success.

How do you build and maintain your professional network, and how has this benefited your career?

By keeping my options open while taking calculated risks, meeting new people/professionals as every new connection adds their experiences/life lessons that I have learnt, which helped me in re-strategizing to get closer to my career and professional goals.
