Emily Carr University, located in Vancouver, BC, s a learning community devoted to excellence and innovation in visual arts, media arts and design. Our graduate degree programs will allow you to deepen, mature and expand your practice.

We offer: MFA (Full-residency), MFA (Low-residency), MDes (Interaction), and MDes (Interdisciplinary) which is also available as part-time.

While our programs centre on studio practice, you will develop a critical framework in order to synthesize research, theory and material exploration. You will build proficiencies in your areas of interest and contextualize your practice within our contemporary moment.
