Windsor University School of Medicine is an accredited institution recognized by several prestigious organizations, including the Medical Councils of Canada.
We offer two programs: Biomedical Sciences and MD.
The Biomedical Sciences program is a 16-month course designed for students who do not meet the criteria for the MD program or have a high school diploma. Completing this program makes students eligible for the MD program.
The MD program spans four years. The first two years, referred to as Basic Sciences, are completed on the island, while the last two years, known as Clinical Sciences, are completed in the USA.
