COSTI Immigrant Services is a community-based multicultural agency providing employment, educational, settlement and social services to all immigrant communities, new Canadians and individuals in need of assistance.

COSTI strives to be a leader in community service by using a client focused, proactive, and innovative approach in planning, developing and delivering services. Our programs ensure that regardless of language or cultural barriers, people who arrive in Canada are able to use their existing skills, learn new ones, and participate actively in all aspects of Canadian life.

Recruiting for: ☐ Life Skills Workers: Facilitate the integration and settlement process of Government-Assisted refugees arriving to Greater Toronto Area. ☐ Relief Workers: Provide support and guidance to clients at any of COSTI’s hostel and reception centers. ☐ Special Events Volunteers: Assist COSTI in the successful delivery of special events and community activities, such as annual picnic. ☐ English Conversation Circles Facilitators: Help newcomers to practice and enhance their English language skills. ☐ Employment Facilitators: Help in the successful delivery of employment services to newcomers in finding their dream jobs. ☐ Housing Support Workers: Escort and assist clients in searching for, finding and securing affordable housing. ☐ Support Workers: Assist seniors in their social, educational and recreational activities at COSTI Seniors’ Day Program. ☐ Administrative Assistants: Perform a range of administrative and office support functions at COSTI’s Head Office. ☐ Administrative Assistants: Perform a range of administrative and office support functions at COSTI’s Family and Mental Health Services Department.

Number of positions: 10 volunteer position and each position we need more than one volunteer.
