The Helen Carswell STEAM Program for Women at the Lassonde School of Engineering provides 30 female-identified students in grades 10 and 11 the opportunity to explore STEAM concepts in a hands-on, supportive environment where they are mentored, while they work in their research labs alongside professors, undergraduate and graduate students.

York International falls under the Division of Students portfolio and is a central source of international student support and global engagement at York University.

York University Temporary Agency (YUTA) is the internal agency that services York University's interim employee hiring needs. YUTA is responsible for sourcing and placing all interim employees in work assignments throughout the university. All positions are short-term and casual in nature, ranging from 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
