Habitat for Humanity GTA is a nonprofit housing organization that believes everyone deserves a safe and decent place to live. We mobilize volunteers and communities to help working, lower-income families build strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. With the support of volunteers, donors and community partners, we have empowered more than 400 families to become Habitat homeowners, touching the lives of over 1,300 children. Recruiting for: ReStore Volunteers: In support of our homebuilding activity, we operate retail home improvement stores call Habitat ReStore. Our 11 locations sell new and used donated home furnishings, appliance and renovation materials to the public at a fraction of the original price. Revenue generated through ReStore sales help cover the cost to build homes for future Habitat homeowners. ReStore Volunteer Admin: The Volunteer Admin Assistant for Habitat ReStore will coordinate the logistics of donations of home furnishings and renovation materials from generous individuals in our community. The volunteer will provide exceptional customer service and data management which is vital to the success of our organization.

Number of positions: We need many volunteers for ReStore (no limited on #'s) and approximately 20 ReStore Volunteer Admin Role
