As quoted by Steve Jobs, “You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.”
I didn't know what I was going to do when I left Dubai at age 19 and came to Canada as an international student. A high school degree and a burning ambition is all I had, and trust that the dots will somehow connect in my future.
While in University I obtained a degree in IT and Anthropology and diploma in Marketing, and trust that the dots will somehow connect in the future.
As a Microcomputer Analyst I have the opportunity to assist Faculty, Staff and Researchers on how best to use technology in order to advance their research and projects, and trust that the dots will somehow connect in my future.
Today looking back at the dots, my degree in IT helped me better understand use of Technology, my degree in Anthropology helps me better understand and cater to my multicultural client base requirements and my diploma in Marketing helped me better shape my skills to promote myself as a one of a kind IT professional.
Going forward I have trust that dots will somehow connect in the future.
