I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I received my Honours Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from York University and subsequently accumulated clinical research experience at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and Baycrest Hospital. I then went on to specialize in counselling at McGill University, where I received my Master's Degree in Psychology. Throughout my career I have held counselling positions at several post-secondary institutions, including York University. I currently practice at Cleveland Clinic Canada, a health and wellness clinic that is affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. I work with adults and adolescents. My areas of interest are anxiety, depression and stress management.
