Your summer as a leadership associate will be spent working closely with a team gaining exposure to the world of operations while having the opportunity to build your leadership skills, improve processes, and network. Summer associates are given the chance to work on exciting projects, job shadow with diverse groups throughout TD Securities, and attend educational sessions learning about varied products and business areas. While working with your fellow summer cohort, you will be able to gain exposure to the business and build relationships in rewarding and enriching ways.
